Shipping: Shipping is calculated using the flat-rate method, plus a small handling charge. For example, one set of packaged guitar strings shipped from New Jersey to California will cost $2.50 (via USPS Priority Mail). Your order will be shipped on the same, or next business day to any location in the United States. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
Handling: Products are packaged in weather-resistant, tear-proof, bubble-cushioned polyolefin mailers or, corrugated boxes with a bursting strength of 200 pounds per square inch so your goods arrive in the same condition as when they left our inventory.
Payment: Placing an order is fast and secure with PayPal verified shopping cart and payment gateway. You can pay with any major credit card with or without a PayPal account. Simply select the product you desire, view your product choices in your shopping cart, and proceed to the secure transaction form.
Refunds: Full refunds are available (less shipping and handling) for unopened merchandise in re-salable condition that is returned within thirty days of the original invoice. Merchandise is not eligible for return after a period of thirty days from the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturers of the products. Please contact our service department if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
