STRETCHING EXERCISES
Introduction: Below you'll find some stretching exercises for your hand, wrist, and forearms that will help keep your muscles and tendons in excellent working condition. Photos and instructions are included for each exercise as well as muscle group illustrations. Remember to only stretch to a position of mild discomfort, relax and breath, and hold for at least 10 seconds. Follow the flexibility guidelines for further instructions.
